HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 61 Opposing the proposed                            
changes in the functions of the federal Office of Veterans Affairs in          
Anchorage, was read the second time.                                           
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
